Overview
It is difficult to see the risks in a workplace you walk through every day. Habits form, shortcuts become normal, and hazards become invisible to the people closest to them. An independent safety audit brings fresh, trained eyes to your site and tells you the truth about your safety conditions. Our auditors visit your workplace and examine it systematically. On construction sites, we check scaffolding, excavations, work at height, electrical installations, lifting operations, housekeeping, welfare facilities, and site organisation. In factories and other workplaces, we look at machine guarding, chemical storage, electrical safety, manual handling, and emergency preparedness. We also check whether your legal duties as an employer are being met, including the safety obligations under Rwandan labour law. We talk with workers and supervisors, because they know where the real problems are. We review your safety records, training records, and permits. We take photographs of what we find, with your permission, so the report shows the evidence clearly. Every finding is ranked by risk. A missing guard rail on the third floor is not the same as a missing poster on a notice board, and our reports make that difference clear. You receive a written report with a prioritised action plan: what must be fixed immediately, what should be fixed this month, and what can be planned for later. Each recommendation is practical and considers the reality of working in Rwanda. We offer scheduled audits, unannounced audits for companies that want to see real daily conditions, and follow-up visits to verify that agreed actions were completed.
