Prime Safety Global is a health and safety solutions company operating in Rwanda and across the region. We provide organizations and individuals with certified safety training, workplace risk assessments, occupational health audits, compliance management tools, and safety consultancy.

Our mission is to make workplaces safer and ensure organizations meet applicable occupational safety standards, including those aligned with Rwanda's Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and internationally recognized frameworks.

To access many of our Services, you must create an account using accurate and current information, including a valid name and email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your login details with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

Our Services may include online safety training and certification courses, workplace safety audits and inspections, risk and hazard assessments, fire safety and emergency preparedness evaluations, occupational health reviews, and compliance documentation support.

Service availability may vary by region and is subject to scheduling, resource availability, and regulatory considerations.

Some Services may be delivered digitally through our platform; others may require physical attendance or on-site engagement by our qualified safety professionals.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, probe or test system vulnerabilities, or circumvent any security measures.

You must not use the Services to distribute harmful, misleading, or unlawful content, or to impersonate another person or organization.

We may suspend access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms or puts others at risk.

Content and guidance provided through our training courses, assessments, and digital tools are designed for general educational and compliance-support purposes.

While our materials are developed by qualified safety professionals, they do not replace site-specific expert assessments or legally required safety studies unique to your workplace.

Always engage qualified professionals for critical safety decisions and ensure compliance with the specific regulations applicable to your industry and location.

Certain Services require payment. Fees are displayed at the time of purchase and are due before access is granted unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partners. We do not store full card details.

Fees are generally non-refundable once a paid Service has been accessed or delivered. For specific refund eligibility, refer to the terms communicated at the time of purchase.

For on-site or appointment-based services, scheduling will be confirmed in writing (by email or through the platform).

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance if we need to reschedule.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us. Cancellation policies and any associated fees depend on the specific service and will be communicated when booking.

When you submit documents, photographs, workplace data, or other content through the platform ("User Content"), you confirm you have the right to submit it.

You grant Prime Safety Global a limited, non-exclusive license to process and use your User Content solely to provide and improve the Services, and to communicate with you regarding your requests.

Do not submit content that is confidential to third parties without proper authorization, or content that is illegal or harmful.

All course materials, assessment tools, reports, branding, and platform content (excluding your User Content) are owned by or licensed to Prime Safety Global.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our prior written permission.

Completion certificates and reports generated for you are for your personal or organizational compliance use only.

We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features or entire Services at our discretion. Where material changes affect active subscriptions, we will provide reasonable notice.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Safety Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a specific Service will not exceed the amount you paid for that Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Services at any time by closing your account.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we determine it is necessary to protect the Services, other users, or third parties.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Rwanda.

If you access the Services from outside Rwanda, you remain responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to you.

We may revise these Terms periodically. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you through the platform or by email.

Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
