On construction sites, hot works like welding and cutting, temporary electrical connections, fuel storage, and flammable materials create daily fire risks. In completed buildings, blocked exits, missing extinguishers, and poor electrical work put occupants in danger. A fire safety audit finds these problems before a fire does. Our fire safety team visits your site or building and walks through it systematically. We identify sources of ignition, fuel, and oxygen, and we look at who could be harmed if a fire starts, including workers, visitors, and neighbours. We check your fire extinguishers, hose reels, hydrants, alarms, and detection systems to confirm they are present, accessible, and in working condition. We also review your escape routes, assembly points, signage, and emergency lighting. We then review your evacuation plan and test whether it works in practice. Do workers know the alarm sound? Are exits kept clear? Can everyone reach the assembly point quickly, including visitors who do not know the building? Where gaps exist, we help you fix them, and we can train your staff and fire wardens so they know what to do in the first minutes of a fire. After the audit, you receive a report written in simple language. It lists the risks we found, ranks them by seriousness, and gives clear recommendations with suggested timelines. This report supports your compliance with fire safety requirements in Rwanda and is useful when dealing with insurers, landlords, and authorities. A good fire audit is not about paperwork. It is about making sure that if a fire starts, people get out safely and damage stays small.
