Overview
Lifting equipment is used every day on construction sites in Rwanda. Tower cranes lift concrete and steel, mobile cranes move heavy loads, and workers use chain blocks, slings, and shackles for smaller jobs. When this equipment fails, the results are serious. Loads can fall on workers, machines can collapse, and projects can stop for weeks. Most of these accidents can be prevented with regular inspection. Where needed, we carry out load testing to confirm that the equipment can safely carry its rated capacity. After each inspection, you receive a clear written report. If the equipment passes, we issue a certificate and a tag showing the inspection date and the next due date. If we find defects, we explain them in simple language, tell you which equipment must stop working immediately, and give you a corrective action plan with realistic steps. We follow recognised international standards such as ISO 45001 and good practice used across East Africa, and we align our work with Rwandan labour and occupational safety requirements. This means our certificates are accepted by main contractors, project owners, insurers, and inspectors.
